Dancing Mindfulness is to connect with the body, mind and spirit through rhythmic movements. Every movement is perfect: seated, standing, constantly moving, standing and still; listen and let your body feel every musical sound. It is to be awake, enjoying every moment and feeling every feeling that flows through the body. The seven elements are: breathing, sound, body, mind, spirit, history and fusion.
