guidance of\u00a0 spiritual teacher Shanti Ragyi.\u00a0 Since then she has helped people to achieve happiness through a spiritual healing\u00a0concept she developed in 2000, in which she integrated her yoga knowledge with her experience in tarot readings.\u00a0 This auto realization and internal healing methodology was named Yoga-Tarot for the Transformation.\u00a0 After getting certified as Life Empowerment Coach, in 2006 she incorporated coaching techniques into this system.\u00a0 In this way, positive affirmations, visualization, and\u00a0creative journaling elements are fused into her therapeutic\u00a0mission.\u00a0 In the past two decades she has increased her formal studies in Holistic Medicine, Therapeutic Massage, Yoga, Tai Chi and Chi Kung through seminars like: Spirituality and Healing at Harvard University, and\u00a0seminars with some of the best known\u00a0spiritual teachers, authors, yoga teachers, like: His Holiness Dalai Lama, Louise Hay, Chris Griscom, Nishala Joy Devi, Debbie Ford, Cheryl Richardson, Brian Weiss, Pete Sanders, Carolyn Myss, Iyanla Vanzant, Rodney Yee, Shiva Rea, Patabi Jois, Don Miguel Ruiz\u00a0and Wayne Dyer, among others.\u00a0\u00a0 She was recently certified as a Heal Your Life Leader and Coach.\u00a0 While in the spiritual path, for more than three decades has used her talents and creativity\u00a0in the public relations industry in
