Definitivamente no, ya que el cuerpo va a estar m\u00e1s de cuatro a cinco horas sin alimentos hasta la hora de dormir.\u00a0 A esto le a\u00f1adimos de 7 a 8 horas de descanso para un total de m\u00e1s de 11 horas sin el cuerpo recibir ning\u00fan tipo de nutriente. \u00a0Es necesario recordar que debemos comer cada 2.5 a 3 horas para mantener el metabolismo acelerado y perder peso. As\u00ed que debemos, comer una merienda ligera luego de las seis de la tarde para \u201cno engordar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n algunas de mis recomendaciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comer al menos de 45 a 60 minutos antes de ir a dormir para facilitar el proceso digestivo<\/li>\n<li>Evitar alimentos azucarados, fritos, harinas, comidas picantes y carnes rojas.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar las bebidas como el caf\u00e9, alcohol, jugos altos en az\u00facar y refrescos.<\/li>\n<li>Deben ingerir una merienda adecuada que le suministre al cuerpo la energ\u00eda necesaria para comenzar el pr\u00f3ximo d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>La misma puede incluir una batida de prote\u00edna con una porci\u00f3n peque\u00f1a de fruta<\/li>\n<li>Escuchar el cuerpo; \u00e9l les dar\u00e1 las contestaciones de que lo
