Mrs. Lourdes Corujo completed her Bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. Years later, she finished her Master's degree with a concentration in finances at the Interamerican University, San German Campus in Puerto Rico.

She started her professional career in 1983. Through the years, she has worked in different positions in companies such as Taino Paper, Revlon, Noxel, and Grupo Financiero Corujo.

She entered the financial planning business in 1989 working with the Corujo Financial Group. During ten years she worked on the Western part of Puerto Rico developing and managing the Corujo Financial Group regional office at Mayaguez. She served as the treasurer in the West Chamber of Commerce.

In 1999 she moved back to San Juan working as a financial planner. At present she offers financial planning seminars, as well as investment and advisory services through Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation, Member SIPC. She holds the following securities registration: Series 7, Series 66, Series 63, Series 65, and life, disability, variable annuities, and property and casualty insurance license.

She has been collaborating regularly with Network Channel 4 in the finance section since 2000.
