Lily García is a writer, life coach, motivational speaker, thanatologist, actress, and TV and radio talk show host with more than thirty years of experience in the media in Puerto Rico. Her knowledge in practical spirituality and psychology combined with a communication style full of both humor and emotional depth, have made her one of the most popular motivational speakers in the island.
She has published seven books on the topics of self-help and spirituality, an audio book, and two guided meditations CDs.
Her motivational column “La herramienta de Lily” (Lily’s Tool) is published on alternate Tuesdays in the daily newspaper Metro Puerto Rico.
She has a motivational segment every Wednesday in “Wapa a las Cuatro,” a magazine news show in Wapa TV Puerto Rico and Wapa América in the US mainland.
